John Cermak and Sonja Inglin are the senior lawyers leading Cermak & Inglin, LLP’s environmental, health and safety practice and are supported by two seasoned environmental lawyers, Karen Ciccone and Ivana Ognjanovic, as well as an experienced associate, Hannah Bloink. John and Sonja bring a unique perspective to the environmental field, having been in practice since 1982 and 1991, respectively. The firm moves seamlessly between environmental litigation, regulatory counseling and transactional work, and its lawyers are comfortable with the panoply of environmental laws ranging from TSCA to RCRA, to the CWA and the CAA, and Superfund, and state equivalent laws. They also are comfortable with the corporate, real estate, insurance, and other issues that arise in the environmental field.
