Transactional EPC and Regulatory Practice:

Slade regularly advises on project delivery and drafts and negotiates construction, design, procurement, installation, maintenance and operation, service, joint venture, and other agreements related to construction and infrastructure projects throughout the country. He also advises on regulatory compliance with respect to permitting and professional licensing.
