Parthiv Rishi

PARTHIV RISHI is a partner in Sidley’s Private Equity and M&A practice and brings 21 years of experience advising private equity firms, venture capital investors, financial sponsors and their portfolio companies on complex cross-border transactions. Based in Singapore, he provides strategic counsel on matters across Southeast Asia and India, drawing on his international experience having practiced in London, New York and Hong Kong. His comprehensive practice spans the entire investment spectrum, encompassing acquisitions and leveraged buyouts, sales and divestments, venture and growth capital financings, minority, hybrid, co-control and control investments and strategic joint ventures. Parthiv’s practice is sector agnostic, but he has a particular focus on technology, consumer, education, financial services and fintech, IT services and BPO and F&B. Parthiv also chairs Sidley’s Asia Pacific Inclusion Committee.
