Nigel is a corporate partner based in our Singapore office and leads our M&A practice in Southeast Asia.
He advises on a broad range of corporate transactions, concentrating on mergers and acquisitions, takeovers and joint ventures/shareholding arrangements. He acts for a variety of clients with his work focusing on advising financial sponsors, corporate and other financial investors in transactions in a number of sectors.
He has previously spent time working in our London and New York offices, and has been based in Singapore since 2012.
He qualified as a barrister and solicitor in New Zealand in 2002 and as a solicitor in England and Wales in 2011.
