James regularly represents participants in the development and financing of large-scale infrastructure projects in the power (conventional and renewable), oil and gas, petrochemical and mining sectors, and also advises on M&A, acquisition financing and restructuring matters. He has extensive experience advising on large multi-source financings involving ECAs and multi-laterals.
