Charlie Wilson

Charlie Wilson is the co-managing partner of Sidley’s office in Singapore and head of the M&A and Private Equity group in Asia. He has advised on investments in Southeast Asia for more than 20 years and has extensive experience in advising private equity funds and corporates on their investments and disposals across the region. Previously, Charlie was a partner in the Singapore office of a global law firm, where he served as the head of its Indonesian practice.

He represents private equity funds and corporates across a range of sectors and often on particularly large and complex transactions.
