Andrew Roche

Andrew Roche is a partner in Baker Botts’ Global Projects Practice based in Singapore. His practice focuses on the project financing, development, and acquisition of energy, natural resources, and infrastructure projects in Asia-Pacific.

Andrew has over 20 years of experience advising on some of the most complex projects in the energy, natural resources, and infrastructure sectors, from power & renewables, energy transition, LNG and natural gas, mining, digital infrastructure, ports, to other infrastructure. He is trusted by a wide range of clients including sponsors, project companies, export credit agencies, multilaterals, development banks, commercial banks, other financial institutions, and government entities.

Andrew has been based in Asia since 2005.
