Sinead is a commercial disputes lawyer with a broad range of domestic and international experience, both in litigation and arbitration. Her practice areas include banking and finance, international arbitration, civil fraud, technology, private wealth (including contentious trust and succession disputes), professional negligence and general corporate disputes. Sinead’s matters tend to be cross-border, with recent cases involving various countries in Europe, North and South America, the UAE, Singapore, South Korea, Russia, the BVI and Cayman.
