Principal practice is focused on large and complex financial remedy claims, often with international elements and often with cross-border jurisdiction issues
Simon has appeared in the Supreme Court and Court of Appeal with the majority of is work at High Court level. He regularly participates in private FDR hearings as advocate and as Judge, his reputation in the latter now formidable.
Simon’s practice also encompasses financial claims on behalf of children (Schedule 1) and claims concerning property ownership after relationship breakdown.
