Jude is an experienced senior junior specialising in complex financial remedies work. She has particular expertise in financial provision for children under Schedule 1 (and the linked areas of TOLATA and private law Children work).
Jude sits very frequently as a Private FDR /ENE judge and is now a qualified IFLA Arbitrator (Financial Scheme). She has also had experience as a long standing (all issues) mediator, primarily solicitor referred.

Jude is known for her excellent judgment and in consequence is a sought-after private FDR judge, delivering clear and helpful analysis by way of early neutral evaluation. Jude brings a clarity of thinking and a rapport with clients, assisting them to attain excellent results as quickly and efficiently as possible. Jude will fight hard when necessary but equally, she is adept at working collaboratively in order to achieve settlements, even in the most intransigent of cases.
