Simon Hui is a partner in the Litigation Department of Paul Hastings and chair of the firm's mainland China offices.
Simon’s practice focuses on compliance investigations, white collar defense as well as international arbitration. He has more than 25 years practice experience in handling complex investigations, data compliance and cross-border arbitration cases. He has represented top tier international and domestic companies before government regulators and in arbitration cases before CIETAC, HKIAC and SHIAC. Simon is an arbitrator of the Shanghai Arbitration Commission and Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration.
