Simon Groom

Simon read law at Oxford University and after qualifying in London worked as corporate counsel in the Middle East, the USA and Paris before moving to Monaco in 1983. He is a founding partner of the firm.

Simon advises on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, generally of an international nature, including corporate acquisitions and real estate and yachting transactions, often as part of an overall advisory relationship with longstanding clients and their families. In that connection, he is a director of a number of family offices and international companies.
