Simon Gomersall

Simon is a Partner in the Healthcare department. He represents doctors, dentists and other healthcare professionals in disciplinary proceedings before their regulators arising from conduct, performance and health issues. Simon also advises and represents practitioners in respect of inquests, NHS Performers List investigations, hospital disciplinary investigations and in student fitness to practise matters. He is instructed by medical defence organisations (MDOs) insurers and individual healthcare professionals. Simon is an experienced advocate and appears regularly before professional regulators, coroners and NHS panels.
