Rosie is a Principal Associate in our corporate and commercial team based in Newcastle.

Rosie’s diverse experience whilst acting for many well-known businesses on high-value regional and national transactions includes a range of complex mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions and general company law matters such as large group reorganisations. Rosie also advises a variety of venture capital funds and companies on venture capital investment transactions.

Rosie has a particular focus on the Financial Services, Technology and Venture Capital sectors, achieving outstanding results for the clients she works with.
