She has notable experience in intellectual property and IT-related disputes, as well as in insolvency matters, such as bankruptcy and reorganisation proceedings.
Silvia completed her Master’s degree cum laude at the University of Tartu, where she was the first in Estonia to research copyright issues related to music sampling. She has also taught intellectual property law as a guest lecturer in several Estonian universities, such as Estonian Business School, Estonian Academy of Music and Theatre, and Estonian Academy of Arts.
