She has two decades of experience advising on initial public offerings (IPO) in Hong Kong, mergers and acquisitions, secondary equity fund raisings, listing rules compliance, and pre-IPO private placements. Sherlyn has extensive experience working with regulators in Hong Kong and has successfully completed the most complex and pioneering transactions across a number of sectors, including real estate, life sciences/biotech, emerging technology, e-commerce/retail, food and beverage, and mining and resources.
