Since 2005, Thomson Reuters has named her a Texas Super Lawyer, and has honored her as one of the Top 50 Women Lawyers in Texas and Top 100 Lawyers in Houston. She was honored by Savoy magazine as one of 2015's Most Influential Black Lawyers. Shauna has also been named to Lawdragon's Leading Lawyers in America and The Nation's Most Powerful Employment Attorneys, Top 100.
