Ms. Rosen is a partner in FBC's Corporate practice and leads the firm’s U.S. capital markets practice. Her practice focuses primarily on international capital markets, private and public M&A transactions, with an emphasis on cross-border transactions, and corporate governance advice. Ms. Rosen provides ongoing corporate and securities law advice to Israeli companies publicly traded in the United States as well as dual-listed companies.

Prior to joining FBC, Ms. Rosen was an associate in the Corporate and Securities department of a prominent law firm in New York and was a member of its Israeli Practice Group, representing Israeli NASDAQ-listed companies on their U.S. securities law compliance and public and private debt and equity offerings.
