Tailoring her approach to each client’s needs, Shanti’s broad range of experience includes working with debtors, creditors, purchasers, sellers and other interested parties in all capacities and stages within complex bankruptcy and restructuring transactions. She also has experience representing financial institutions and other creditors in the enforcement and workout of commercial and real estate loans, in both federal and state courts.
