Annie Nazarian Davydov concentrates in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and securities and general corporate law matters.

Annie regularly advises public and private companies and private equity firms in a wide variety of U.S. and cross-border transactions and corporate matters, including acquisitions and dispositions, investments, joint ventures, spin-offs and carve-outs. She has represented clients across a diverse range of industry groups and sectors, including pharmaceuticals and medical devices, software services and consumer product goods.

Her clients look to her to resolve their complex problems in a direct manner and herald her as someone with excellent negotiation skills who can cut through to the heart of both the legal and business issues to get the deal done.
