Shanti Eagle is a dedicated advocate of policyholders in complex insurance coverage disputes. She uses creative, strategic approaches to maximize her clients’ insurance recoveries.

Shanti advocates on behalf of policyholder clients seeking recovery under virtually every single type of insurance policy, with a focus on real property, construction, privacy claims, and professional errors and omissions.

Working closely with insurers, defense counsel, clients, mediators, and brokers, Shanti provides strategic advice regarding policy placement, the claims process, and defense and settlement of underlying third-party litigation. When litigation is necessary to protect her clients’ rights, she pursues breach of contract and bad faith claims against insurers.
