Shane Westin

Shane is a partner in Carey Olsen's corporate, commercial and property law groups in the Cayman Islands. Shane advises on a range of corporate and commercial law matters, with a particular emphasis on investment funds. Shane has considerable experience advising a wide range of fund managers, from start-up managers to large institutions, on the establishment of investment fund structures in the Cayman Islands, as well as providing ongoing transactional, regulatory and compliance advice. Shane also advises on local business licensing matters and trademark and patent registrations in the Cayman Islands.
