Advice and litigation in connection with all aspects of trusts, succession, charities and related professional negligence claims in the UK and internationally, particularly the Cayman Islands, the British Virgin Islands, Bermuda, Hong Kong, Singapore, Jersey, Guernsey and the Isle of Man. Has a particular interest in wealth structuring (including charity and philanthropy) for international families from both the advisory and the litigation standpoints.
