Luke specialises in claims involving art and antiquities and frequently acts for and against states, public bodies, museums, galleries, auction houses and private individuals in claims involving objects of cultural and artistic value. Luke’s expertise in the field of personal property includes cases involving heirlooms, equity, trusts and entailed interest under settlements of land.
