Sergio is a partner whose practice focuses on working with clients mainly from the United States, Canada, and Mexico, on international commercial and finance transactions, structuring and closing business deals, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, secured financing, and strategic alliances.

Sergio is the head of the firm’s Banking & Finance Practice Group, which mainly represents lenders, borrowers, and guarantors, including US, Canadian, and international banks, financial institutions, and private companies. He has ample experience structuring and documenting international finance transactions, such as revolving credits, term loans, asset-based loans, project finance, collateral, and security transactions, as well as issuing Mexico legal opinions.

Sergio has extensive experience representing multinational companies from different industries in their cross-border businesses and projects, with comprehensive knowledge in several legal disciplines. He also represents family offices, participates as a Board Member in several companies, and has experience in structuring purchase, sale, joint ownership, lease, and finance of aircraft international transactions.
