Jorge Ojeda

As a partner at CCN, Jorge’s practice focuses primarily on the real estate sector, representing commercial and industrial real estate developers, buyers, sellers, lessors, and tenants throughout Mexico. He is the head of CCN’s Real Estate Practice Group.

He has extensive experience in general transactions involving commercial and industrial clients, which he has represented on a wide range of complex projects.

For thirteen years he was an independent director of the board of directors of a leading insurance company in the market.

Among other positions, for eight years he was a national board member in the Mexican Bar Association, in which he acted as treasurer for four years.
