Sergio Guerrero Rosas

Sergio Guerrero, CPA and Attorney-at-Law, advises on tax, corporate and commercial matters, estate and trust planning, and regulatory compliance. His dual qualifications in accounting and law allow him to provide integrated advice on complex cross-border transactions, tax-efficient structures, and dispute resolution, serving corporations, family offices, and high-net-worth clients.

He holds a Degree in Accounting from Universidad Panamericana, a Law Degree from Universidad del Valle de México, a Senior Business Management Program (AD-2) from IPADE Business School, and a Master’s in Taxation from the Instituto de Especialización para Ejecutivos (IEE). This multidisciplinary background supports his ability to deliver holistic legal, tax, and business solutions.

Member of the Mexican Institute of Public Accountants (IMCP), ANADE Jalisco, the Mexican Bar Association, and the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP). He is also active in Geneva Group International (GGI), where he serves as Global Vice Chairperson of the Trust & Estate Planning Practice Group and formerly as Latin America Chairperson of the International Tax Practice Group.

Sergio frequently contributes to legal and tax publications, sharing practical insights on corporate structures, tax compliance, and estate planning. He mentors young professionals and participates in conferences globally.
