Energy & Natural Resources: Mining

Member of the Natural Resources team, with an emphasis in mining. He focuses his practice on corporate/M&A, contractual and regulation matters in the industry. His experience includes mergers and acquisitions of companies and projects and financing facilities, as well as joint ventures, earn-ins and joint operating agreements. He also counsels clients in operation cycle-related contracts, such as mining rights and surface lands dealings, exploration, development and mineral trading and marketing. He also helps clients with due diligence, regulation consultancy and permits. Finally, he is active in sustainability and ESG matters.
