Sébastien Proust

Sébastien is of counsel based in our Paris office. Sébastien is an experienced of counsel in the IP/TMT practice, with a particular focus on Internet litigation, e-commerce law, personal data law and intellectual property. Sébastien assists and represents businesses in contentious cases in trademark, copyright, unfair competition and commercial law matters, in the most complex situations relating to new internet and mobile services. He also has extensive experience in preliminary proceedings at the European Court of Justice. He also helps clients in contract engineering and compliance of innovative projects with electronic commerce law, privacy and consumer law. Sébastien is a native French speaker and speaks English fluently.
