Career

Sebastian is an Associated Partner in our Berlin office. He studied law in Passau and Bonn. He holds master's degrees from the University of Toulouse and Nottingham Law School. After his studies, Sebastian was a research assistant at the University of Bonn's Institute for Public Law and was a visiting fellow at Columbia Law School, New York. Before POSSER SPIETH WOLFERS & PARTNERS was founded, he was a principal associate at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP. He speaks German, English and French.

Sebastian advises on administrative, constitutional, European and international law, focusing on regulatory, planning and energy law. He advises on complex infrastructure projects. He has extensive experience of the energy and raw-material sectors, especially renewable energies. He also has special knowledge of the car industry. Sebastian represents our clients in civil, administrative and constitutional proceedings.
