His experience and knowledge in tax and corporate law have enabled him to advise major domestic and foreign companies on matters related to mergers, spin-offs, corporate restructurings, joint ventures, management of corporate conflicts, due diligence processes and definition of efficient schemes for tax structuring of companies and mergers and acquisitions in companies from different economic sectors. He has helped a large number of business families across the country to organize and manage their property. He is also an arbitrator of the Medellin Chamber of Commerce's Center for Mediation, Arbitration and Amicable Settlement, where he participates in the resolution of commercial disputes.
