Juan Diego Martínez

Juan Diego is a partner in the corporate law and M&A practice. He holds over 15 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, corporate litigation and wealth management. He focuses his practice on advising both sellers and buyers on sales or acquisitions of businesses in the healthcare, e-commerce, energy and technology sectors, among other industries. He also advises several families on the management of their assets and on the governance of the family business. Juan Diego has been a professor of contracts, mergers and acquisitions and shareholder agreements at different universities in Colombia.
