Sean P. Fogarty

Sean is a partner in the Corporate & Finance practice and a member of the firm’s Executive Committee. Sean spends the majority of his time counseling middle-market businesses, financial investors, private equity sponsors, and entrepreneurs throughout the U.S. and Central America on specific transactions and general operational issues. He has deep experience in all aspects of corporate transactional practice, including mergers and acquisitions, strategic partnerships, equity and debt financings, recapitalizations, and corporate governance. His clients come from a variety of industries, such as transportation, distribution, food service, fitness, pest control, benefits administration, and pharmaceuticals. Sean has also served as one of the firm’s leaders in the franchising industry, bringing his M&A and corporate counseling experience to franchisors and large, multi-unit franchisees.
