Matthew Brohm

Matt is a partner in the Healthcare practice and co-chair of the Healthcare Private Equity team.

His legal practice focuses on corporate transactions in the healthcare industry, where he has advised on hundreds of transactions involving private equity firms, health systems, hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, home health agencies, behavioral health companies, physician practice management platforms, laboratories, pharmacies, and a wide variety of other providers.
