Scott is Linklaters’ Middle East Managing Partner and has extensive experience in corporate/M&A work and in a wide range of corporate finance transactions. Scott has been based in the Dubai office since its inception in 2006 and has over 20 years’ experience in the Middle East.

He advises on the region’s most complex high-end M&A and equities deals, acting for many of the region’s leading corporates. He also advises international investors on opportunities within the Middle East, as well as regional investors on transactions in other parts of the world.
