Saturnin practices mainly in the areas of construction and infrastructure projects. He has solid experience in project risk analysis, particularly in relation to international projects.
He has also developed particular expertise and interest for industrial projects, contracts and related issues.
He is involved in the pre-contractual phase (negotiation, drafting of contracts, analysis of tender documents), throughout the various phases of a project's life cycle, and in pre-litigation and litigation phases before dispute boards, arbitration tribunals (domestic or international), and courts. He also sits as an arbitrator.
Saturnin works on projects in France and internationally. He is familiar with the instrument sof international business and has solid experience in both domestic and international arbitration.
he is familiar and experienced with FIDIC-based contracts, and other commonly used forms of contracts for construction and industrial projects, both internationally (notably NEC) and in France (NF P 03-001, CCAG), as well as bespoke contracts.
He works indifferently in French and English.
Saturnin is a lawyer at the Paris Bar and has been practicing at Aliénor Avocats since 2015. He became a partner in 2026.
