Hervé Chambon is a French-qualified lawyer who joined the Paris Bar and Aliénor Avocats in November 2021, following more than 16 years of experience as an in-house legal advisor within leading CAC40 companies, including VINCI Construction Grands Projets and Schneider Electric.
Before joining Aliénor Avocats, Hervé served as Deputy General Counsel at VINCI Construction Grands Projets, where he was in charge of the Dispute Resolution Practice and Contract Management. Hervé has worked on a wide range of construction contracts, including design-build, construction, and turnkey agreements, as well as ancillary contracts, both in tender review and contract execution. He has notably a significant experience with FIDIC-based contracts (Red, Yellow and Silver Books),
He has developed extensive expertise in the legal support of major construction and industrial projects, advising clients throughout both tender and execution phases in France and internationally.
His practice covers complex contract negotiations, contract management, and dispute resolution in large-scale infrastructure and industrial projects.
Hervé represents clients before French courts and in international arbitration proceedings, notably under ICC rules. He has further been involved in several Dispute Board proceedings.
