Pedro de Rojas advises multinationals, investors, and financial institutions in a variety of leveraged transactions and corporate financings, with a focus on complex restructurings.

Mr. de Rojas has a solid background advising on banking and restructuring and insolvency matters. He is recognized for his strategic approach on complex transactions. In particular, he regularly represents both creditors and distressed companies in cross-border restructuring processes with a Spanish component. He also has experience in capital markets transactions such as IPOs, secondary offerings, tender offers, and securitizations.

Before joining Latham, Mr. de Rojas spent 20 years working as a banking and restructuring lawyer at the Spanish office of a Magic Circle law firm.
