Saša Oražem

Saša is an Attorney at Law at Ketler & Partners, member of Karanovic, admitted to the Slovenian Bar Association and practicing in Slovenia ever since 2001. She works in the field of Employment law, Litigation and Commercial law. Saša has been involved as an employment law counsel in many major M&A projects in Slovenia in the past, on behalf of foreign and domestic clients. Her specialization is counselling to clients in the field of various employment matters and court disputes, from drafting of various legal documents to representing clients when solving relations under dispute, either in the litigation procedures or in out-of-court settlement procedures. Saša’s sound knowledge of the legislation is upgraded with her experiences from business practice and court case law, which are essential to deter legal risks when helping clients to find the best solutions.

Her specialization lies in counselling clients regarding immediate termination procedures, counselling start-ups, reorganizations, drafting of internal policies, cross-border postings, as well as representing clients in litigation procedures or in out-of-court negotiation procedures with workers representative bodies.
