Sarosh Mewawalla

Sarosh Mewawalla leads the Middle East projects group at Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer, and relocated to Riyadh during 2025 having previously been based in Dubai. He has wide-ranging experience in project finance and development, spanning district cooling and infrastructure projects as well as energy-related matters.

Sarosh Mewawalla is an acclaimed project finance lawyer who has considerable experience advising energy corporations, multilaterals and investment banks on a variety of projects located across the region. He sits in the firm's Riyadh office and serves as co-managing partner of its Middle East offices.
