Santiago Balbi is a partner of General Corporate and M&A departments. He was a foreign associate at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP (Nueva York), during 2018-2019.
He specializes in corporate law with particular expertise in general corporate advice, mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions and venture capital, advising companies from different sectors of the economy as technology, financial, energy, among others.
