Sanjay Mohanasundaram

Sanjay specializes in construction arbitration, litigation and adjudication. Over the last 27 years he has appeared in approximately 75 construction related arbitrations both domestically and internationally. In addition to a very active arbitration practice, Sanjay also regularly appears in Malaysian High Courts and the Appellant Courts on construction related disputes. Since the introduction of the Construction Industry Payment and Adjudication Act 2012 he has been involved in more than 50 adjudications. In addition to his domestic practice, Sanjay has been involved in arbitrations in Singapore, Dubai, Bangkok and Kuala Lumpur.

Apart from his construction law practice, Sanjay also has significant and wide ranging experience in commercial and civil disputes. He has been involved in numerous disputes ranging from white collar crime, joint venture disputes, land law matters, insurance, banking and wills and trusts.
