Sam Kramer is the Founding Member of Transaction Advisors Group, LLC. He represents business customers in managed services arrangements, including application development and maintenance, IT infrastructure, finance and accounting, facilities management, and procurement outsourcing. He assists companies in commercial transactions, complex licensing, and supply chain agreements. He is a frequent speaker and author on outsourcing, artificial intelligence, fintech, and blockchain.

Mr. Kramer is recognized in Chambers Global, Chambers USA, the Legal 500 (where he is a member of the Hall of Fame), Best Lawyers and Who's Who Legal. He is an Acritas Star Lawyer.
