- Advising a Thai leading power company on its US$4.1 billion acquisition of a natural gas-fired combined cycle power plant from a French multinational electric utility company and the subsequent delisting tender offer – the largest M&A in Thailand’s energy sector.*
- Advising a Singapore-based technology company on its acquisition of a leading ride-hailing service company’s assets and operations in Thailand and Southeast Asia.*
- Advising a Thai leading beverage company on its US$4.83 billion acquisition of 53.59% of the Vietnamese master brewery in the highest value privatisation in Vietnam.*
- Advising a Thai leading telecommunications company on its acquisition of one of the Thailand's biggest ICT service provider from Singapore Telecommunications Limited and a leading Asian satellite operator through a voluntary tender offer and the subsequent delisting tender offer.*
- Advising a Thai poultry company on the sale of 30% shares and a joint venture with a leading Japanese food processing conglomerate.*
- Advising on the partial tender offer in a telecommunications company listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand.*
- Advising a Thai leading universal bank on its sale of shares in a commercial and personal property and casualty insurance to a global personal accident and health insurance group.*
