Saida Andrea Quintero Martinez

Founding partner, lawyer specialized in individual and collective topics. She has experience of 400 processes before the labor justice and extensive experience in corporate restructuring, downsizing, and M&I.

In addition to this, Saida Quintero in the past 12 months was designed as Director of the Labour Law department the Universidad del Rosario, a setting in which she has distinguished herself by contributing to the construction of academic documents and legal research on labor matters and also participating at the congress with academic proposals during the labour bill reform presented by the government.

Saida is also a member and lecturer of the Colegio de Abogados del Trabajo and Colegio de Abogados Rosaristas. Also appointed in the resent list by the Colombian Supreme Court of Justice as Arbitrator in matters of labor law.
