For example, in the last 12 months she has been in charge of the collective bargaining at PEPSICO, COMFACAUCA, TESICOL, CIPLAS, among others

Dina also is a professor of the subject Collective Bargaining at the Universidad del Rosario.

Also Dina was appointed for the first time in the resent list by the Colombian Supreme Court of Justice as Arbitrator in matters of labor law in Colombia.
