Sagar routinely represents real estate developers where he his expertise is sought on title due diligence, acquisition agreements, regulatory approvals and commercial vendor contracts. Along with the real estate developers, Sagar also represents the concerns of private equity players, funds and NBFCs who are financially invested in the Indian real estate space.

For major business, manufacturing industries, aggregators and potential investors, Sagar lends his counsel on rural land laws – especially on acquisition of agricultural properties in the State of Maharashtra.

Sagar is a qualified Solicitor. He holds a Masters degree in Law from the Bombay University. He is registered to practice with the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa.
