Russell has over 25 years' experience in a wide range of real estate work, with a particular emphasis on property investment and development. He acts for a number of institutional investors and private property companies. Russell's deals include acquisition, management and disposal of large portfolios of assets, shopping centres and property development. He acts for one of Scotland's largest mixed-use regeneration projects at Winchburgh. Russell also specialises in real estate finance, acting for a number of large UK financial institutions on all aspects of real estate finance ranging from new lending transactions to refinancings, security reviews and restructuring work. Russell is also a Board member of LandAid, the Property Industry Charity aiming to end youth homelessness.
