Career

Rubens is a partner in Life Sciences & Healthcare at Lefosse.

He has vast experience in topics related to services and products regulated by ANVISA, ANS and MAPA, and has specialized in regulatory law, public tenders and contracts, civil liability and consumer law. From 2015 to 2019, Rubens was president of the Health Law Commission at the OAB/SP. He is a member of the Healthcare and Life Sciences committee of the International Bar Association (IBA).

Granja obtained his LL. B from Universidade de São Paulo (USP) and his post-graduation in Civil Liability from Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV). He holds an LL.M in Law, Science and Technology from Stanford University, and a Master’s and PhD degrees in Civil Law from USP.
