Ron Moss focuses his practice on litigation, both in the courts and before administrative agencies. His primary practice is utility law, with emphasis on representing utilities before regulatory commissions and in court appeals. Ron also counsels utility clients regarding regulatory impacts of business decisions. He has had extensive experience with the 1999 legislation introducing retail competition in the Texas electric market. In addition to utility matters, Ron has represented clients in environmental litigation and business litigation.
